Well known as an engaged and community-oriented brewery, Indeed has two lively locations: a production brewery and taproom in the Solar Arts Building located in the Logan Park neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis and a pilot brewery located in Milwaukee. Their taprooms are warm, welcoming, and home to Indeed We Can, the company’s employee-driven charitable giving program that donates 100% of taproom net profits to an employee-sponsored local nonprofit every Wednesday in Minneapolis.  Indeed believes innovation isn’t just one thing—it’s a culture created around good people, beers, and experiences. 

Launched in 2016, as a family business in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, the rustic-chic space has a contemporary, yet neighborhood-hangout-like feel. With a beautiful zinc-topped bar, exposed brick, charred cedar planks and dimly lit fixtures, the space has a cool and relaxed vibe. Settle into one of the cozy red booths lining the wall, gather ‘round a table or pull a seat up to the bar - it’s the perfect atmosphere to enjoy Red Rabbit’s craveable Italian menu.

Red Cow was hatched the way a lot of great ideas are - around the kitchen table. As a family, Luke, Tracy, Michael and Peter, would always talk about what kind of restaurant they would build together. With a shared love for a really good burger, the family decided on a “modern tavern" concept that would elevate burgers and beverages to something special. Stumped on a name, the family pitched ideas back and forth for weeks until one day Tracy said, “how about 'Red' for the wine and 'Cow' for the burgers? Red Cow!”
